Sorry Legoland, after looking at the reviews for Legoland (and the cost) we decided that it may be too young for Joshua and Christian so we went to Disneyland. It was amazing!
The first thing we saw was main street which is filled with shops and restaurants that looks like it was photoshopped from a Norman Rockwell painting. We had a bite to eat at an outdoor cafe
Then we headed out to Tomorrowland where we went on "Star Tours".
Before we blasted off, they showed a big photo of Christian on the screen and said to be on the lookout for the "rebel spy". As you can imagine, we got some mileage out of that one!
We went on Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones, the Castle and Christian and Bella also went on the Storytellers boat ride. The rides were great!
We also took in a rockin' 80's cover band. And the fireworks!!!!! Oh, the fireworks! We were mesmerized. I don't think Bella will forget about that any time soon. She also bought a Jessie (from Toy Story) doll.
Joshua got an upset stomach early on. He hung in there and went on the rides, but towards the end of the evening it got worse and he and I sat out the final ride. He's feeling better now though :)
